Lindsay Lohan’s 21st Blowout Birthday Sponser Out
Jun. 3 - Yes, we all know about Lindsay Lohan’s exciting week (crashes car, arrested for DUI with cocaine-resembling substance found in car, parties the following night, heads into rehab, doesn’t lose her acting gig in the now-filming Shirley MacLaine movie “Poor Things”), but consider the plight of poor Svedka vodka.
Svedka, after all, was supposed to be a sponsor of Lohan’s two-day 21st birthday blowout in July, but now the company has pulled out of the event.
It’s so sad when product-placement opportunities go bad.
I mean, sure, Lohan already had been in a substance-abuse rehab program early this year. And she had been attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings before she was even a legal drinker.
Still, how could anyone have thought a vodka-Lohan tie-in would turn out to be a bad idea?
